In March, we raised £170 for Parkinson’s. This month, our charity is Walking with the Wounded, a charity that supports Veterans. It’s one that’s very close to our heart, given the number of serving and ex-service personnel who are great friends of the Ship. Well, we’re right on the edge of Salisbury Plain so it’s only to be expected! We’ll be joined at the Quiz by a team of three from Walking with the Wounded, the “Wiltshire Wenches” – they’re setting off on May 12th to do the Cumbrian Challenge. The team comprises a Veteran who also works for Waking with the Wounded, another Veteran and a Serving soldier.
